About Us
Thorne Expatriate Tax Services Limited specialises in US and UK Tax Return preparation and tax advisory services for individuals and was established in April 2010 by Michael and Sara Thorne.

It is important to us that we work closely with our clients and that our clients have a personal working relationship with their tax adviser”.
Michael Thorne heads up our team of expat tax specialists. He has over twenty five years’ experience in providing US and UK tax services for expatriates.
Our clients are predominantly expatriates living and working outside their home country and include:-
- American citizens and Green Card holders living and/or working outside the US
- Foreign nationals living and/or working inside the US
- UK nationals living and/or working outside of the UK
- Overseas nationals with non-domiciled status living and/or working in the UK
- Companies with employees sent on assignments to overseas locations
We take pride in the fact that we are predominantly a referral based business and we know how important it is to have trust in the person who is preparing your taxes. We are always happy to provide references however you will see our unsolicited testimonials throughout our website.
Our offices are based in the village of Send in rural Surrey alongside the Wey Navigation Canal, but still only three miles from Woking railway station (with fast links to London) and from the M25.
